Pricing is per server and is based on the named users. (What's a named user? Everyone but the Viewer users.)

Please note that banking fees associated with on-line registration are extra and are between you and your bank. There may be additional charges to us to wire on-line registration if you choose a credit card service that we have not previously supported.

During the first year after purchase you get all upgrades & bug fixes at no additional charge. If we add a new feature, you get it at no cost. If Microsoft or Apple releases a new operating system and we need to upgrade RecEnroll to use it, you get that upgrade at no additional cost.

You can call us between 9:00-12:00 and 1:00 and 5:00 for support during the first year after your purchase. We have a mailing list that we maintain to ask questions and share tips between RecEnroll staff and other users.

After the first year, you get all of this for 25% of what you paid for the product or 25% of the going rate, whichever is less. It becomes our job to provide compelling new features and tremendous support so that you see value in continuing to buy the support.

Q & A

What if I start with 3 users and then add a new position?

You would pay the difference between the 2-3 user and the 10 user, or $2,500.

If I have 10 people and add one, it will cost $4,500!

Yep, but staff members 12-20 are free! (We also feel sorry for parents who have their baby on January 1st. 24 hours earlier and they would have had a new deduction!)

Let's say I don't buy support during year two. But three years after I buy RecEnroll you come out with a cool update that I want. Do I have to buy a new copy?

Nope, just get caught up on your support.

How do you enforce the licensing.

Meet Mongo! Just kidding. We don't put anything in the software that limits how you use it. We couldn't think of any copy protection scheme that wouldn't get in the way of legal users of the system. However, should we find out that our license is being abused we will take appropriate action.
